Oil-immersed transformers are a common type of electrical equipment used to convert high-voltage grid voltages to meet the power supply requirements of low-voltage grids. The operating principle of oil-immersed transformers is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, which states that in the high-voltage side windings of a transformer, the presence of high-voltage current generates alternating magnetic flux, thereby inducing a certain electromotive force in the low-voltage side windings. Through the combined action of the transformer's core, high-voltage to low-voltage conversion is achieved, providing electricity to cities, industries, and rural areas. Additionally, transformers are widely used in railways, aviation, mining, and military fields. In summary, oil-immersed transformers play a crucial role in both residential life and industrial production. During use, proper maintenance and management are essential to ensure stable operation and extend their service life.
Product Features
1. The transformer core is constructed using imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load losses and no-load current. The core is also bound to ensure its compactness and reduce noise.
2. The high and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. For low-voltage windings of 500kVA and below, a double-layer cylindrical structure is used. For 630kVA and above, a double-spiral or quadruple-spiral structure is adopted, while the high-voltage winding uses a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
3. The transformer features a fully sealed structure, extending its service life and eliminating the need for core removal or maintenance.
4. The measured noise level is below the standard.
Application Conditions
1. 0–40°C, relative humidity <70%;
2. Altitude: no more than 1,000 meters;
3. Operates under stable voltage conditions;
4. The load should comply with the equipment's rated capacity and remain stable to avoid overloading and damage.
